According to art. 13 para. 1 and 2 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (Journal of Laws EU No. L. of 2016, No. 119, page 1), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, I inform:

  2. The administrator processes your personal data in order to:
    • execution of contracts (orders);
    • fulfillment of duties resulting from legal regulations
    • determination, investigation or defense against claims.
  3. The administrator processes your personal data based on:
    • Article 6 para. 1 lit. b, c;
    • appropriate tax regulations.
  4. The recipient of your personal data is:
    • persons who have been authorized in writing by the Administrator to process personal data,\
    • entities with which the Administrator concluded a contract for entrusting data processing and persons authorized in writing by these entities to process personal data,
    • entities authorized under the law.
  5. The administrator does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country or an international organization.
  6. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years, counting from the end of the calendar year, following the year in which the performance of the contract took place or the last settlement of the above-mentioned account was made. titles, whichever happened later.
    Personal data may be stored above the periods specified above, if such an obligation will result from legal provisions or it will be necessary in connection with the determination, investigation or defense against claims arising from the contract.
  7. You have the following rights:
    • the right to access their data and receive a copy of it (Art. 15 of the GDPR), where only the first copy of processed data is made available free of charge, for subsequent copies the Administrator may charge a fee;
    • the right to rectify their data, including their supplementation (Article 16 of the GDPR);
    • the right to delete data, the so-called "The right to be forgotten" (Art. 17 GDPR), if the Administrator has no legal basis to process data;
    • the right to limit data processing (Article 18 of the GDPR) to the extent that the Administrator processes data without a legal basis;
    • the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (Art. 77 of the GDPR).
  8. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide it prevents the conclusion and performance of the contract.
  9. Your data will not be the basis for automated decision making and will not be profiled.
